Rice: US failure would lead to Turk-Kurd conflict

U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice warned on Thursday that Washington's failure in Iraq, among other catastrophes, would prompt a conflict between Turkey and Iraqi Kurds who would not want to remain in a disintegrating state.
