What is EUTCC?

EUTCC was established in order to monitor and conduct regular audits of the European Commission's performance in ensuring Turkey's full compliance with the accession criteria as defined within the meaning of the accession agreements.

Can there be a Cyprus settlement?

Unless Greek Cypriots can be told they may lose something if no progress is achieved towards a resolution, there can be no progress on Cyprus. Furthermore, if the Turkish EU train is derailed in December, the situation will become all the more hopeless.
