Başer cautions against ‘Kandil operation’

Retired Gen. Edip Başer, Turkey's coordinator for countering the outlawed Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK), yesterday warned against a military solution to eradicate the PKK problem, saying that the fight against terrorism cannot only be tackled through military option.
