What is EUTCC?

EUTCC was established in order to monitor and conduct regular audits of the European Commission's performance in ensuring Turkey's full compliance with the accession criteria as defined within the meaning of the accession agreements.

No plans to change Article 301

Prime Minister Tayyip Erdoğan said late on Sunday that his government had no plans to change a controversial article of the Turkish Penal Code (TCK), despite a European Union warning that failure to do so could harm Ankara's entry bid.
