Ankara highlights Cyprus red line

State Minister Ali Babacan, Turkey's chief negotiator for European Union talks, yesterday reiterated Turkey's refusal to open its ports and airports to traffic from Greek Cyprus unless sanctions imposed on the Turkish Cypriots are eased.
